Engage in one-on-one therapy to help meet your goals, whatever they may be. I offer a supportive space to explore all parts of yourself -- the angry parts, perfectionistic ones, rejection-sensitive ones... All parts of you are welcome here!
Couples Therapy
$200/session
Sliding scale available
I provide couples therapy to couples looking to explore how you and your partner's needs may be impacting the relationship. Whether there's communication gaps, defensiveness, or other issues coming up, couples therapy can be a great place to make progress together.
Virtual + In Person
At this time, most therapy offered is virtual. There are many benefits to exploring telehealth! Meet with me from the comfort of home -- no frustrating commute, traffic issues, or all the prep work of leaving the house. Stay comfy, log on, and let's work together!
I also now offer in-person sessions on Saturdays. My office is located in North Austin, around the Northwest Hills area. I may expand my in-person availability according to demand in the future.
Sliding Scale + Availability
I offer a sliding scale to help make sessions more affordable for those who can't afford the full price. Spots are limited for lower rates, but those that pay higher rates can help keep the lower rates accessible to those that truly need it. My sliding scale rates vary between $125-200 per session.
I have availability to meet mostly during weekday mornings and afternoons, but I also offer limited evening and weekend slots.

I have a lot of experience with a wide variety of mental health conditions outside of those listed above, ranging from psychosis to Bipolar Disorder to Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
